Privacy Policy

Effective date: Draft — pending review

Draft — review before launch. This is concise placeholder copy that outlines our intent. It is not final legal text and must be reviewed by counsel before this product launches publicly.

1. Overview

Cloudkeep is a hosted control plane for the agentwiki memory engine. This policy describes, in plain language, what data we hold and how we intend to handle it.

This section is placeholder language describing our intended approach. Final wording will be provided by counsel before launch.

2. Data we store

Account and organization data — such as your email, organization details, memberships, API keys (stored hashed), and subscription status — is held in our application database to operate the service.

Memory data your agents create is kept in the agentwiki engine and surfaced back to you in the dashboard, where it remains visible and editable by your organization.

3. Your OpenAI key

You bring your own OpenAI API key per organization. We encrypt it at rest and use it only to power embeddings and extraction for your workspace.

4. How we use data

We use the data above to provide, secure, and improve the service, to enforce plan quotas, and to communicate with you about your account.

This section is placeholder language describing our intended approach. Final wording will be provided by counsel before launch.

5. Your controls

Because memory is visible and editable by design, your organization can review, correct, or delete the memories your agents store from the dashboard.

For account-level data export or deletion requests, contact us and we will describe the process available to your plan.
