Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms describe, in plain language, the intended basis on which you may use Cloudkeep. By using the service you agree to the final version of these terms once published.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for your account, your organization's members and their roles, and keeping your API keys secure. Keys are shown once and stored hashed.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access other organizations' data, or exceed your plan's quotas through abuse.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor and are chosen from inside the app after signup. Pro is offered monthly or annually; Team is per seat and coming soon; Enterprise is a custom contract.

Plan quotas (members, memories, API calls, and embedding tokens) apply as described on the pricing page.

5. Changes to the service

The product is evolving. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will reflect material changes here.
